Sevier County Clerk, Adra Rowland – Elected Official

The county clerk is a constitutional officer who is elected to a four year term. The responsibilities include issuing business licenses, marriage licenses, beer permits, notary public at large commissions and passports. Our office provides services for vehicle renewal, title and registration. We also manage conservatorships, guardianships and the probating of estates. The Sevier County Clerk also keeps official minutes and records activities of the county commission and beer board.

All Sevier County Clerk Locations will be closed on May 17, 2024.  The Sevier County Clerk’s Pigeon Forge Office will be open on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  If you are in need of a marriage license, please be aware of this schedule and make plans accordingly.
