Rick Valentine is the Assistant EMS Director for Sevier County. He holds an Associates Degree in Public Safety from Walter State Community College and has an extensive background in EMS and Fire. He has been a paramedic since 1990. Both are members of the Region II EMS Directors Association and Tennessee Ambulance Service Association (TASA). It is the goal of Sevier County EMS to provide the highest quality of pre-hospital emergency medical care to the residents and visitors of Sevier County.
