INVITATION TO BIDDERS

fencing and four or more self-contained compactor containers

Sevier County is soliciting sealed bids for fencing and four or more self-contained compactor containers.
Specifications may be downloaded below. They may also be obtained from Dan King at 865.428.0042.

Bids will be received at the Sevier County Mayors Office, 125 Court Ave., Suite 102E, Attn: Perrin Anderson, Sevierville, TN, 37862 until 10 a.m., May 30, 2013, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Bidder’s name, address, and the quotation “Compactors” or “Fencing” must be printed on the sealed, opaque envelope containing the bid.

Solid Waste Compactor Bid Instructions

Bidders must refer to the Minimum Specifications for Self-Contained Compactor Container sheet. If bidders have a product that does not comply with one of the specifications, an explanation must be given in writing. Bidders must supply a price sheet that includes the price of at least four (4) self-contained compactor containers and five (5) power units, the delivery price and the total price.
